  Canoe - camping

The clients take the train in the city of Sept-Îles. The railroad offers very beautiful vistas and follows parts of the famous Moisie River.

Once in the wild, the canoe becomes our mode of transportation, quiet and environmentally friendly. Individual or double tents are used for camping. A tarp shelters us from the wind and the rain. The meals are cooked over the campfire.

A physical preparation is not necessary for most of the trips, but it is suggested in order to make the experience as pleasant as possible.

Sun, cold, rain, wind and mosquitoes are the forces of nature you will have to cope with during this adventure.

This trip is certainly a good introduction to canoeing. Furthermore, it is a great opportunity to improve your orienteering skills, bush skills and knowledge of plants and animal species.

Your guide is there for you and some orienteering and identification tools are available during the trip.
